Description
The load-bearing structure of the bench-planter ALFA is made in tubular steel, square section 40x40x1,5 mm, covered with laser-cut panels in steel 20/10 thickness. Under the seat there’s a frame in tubular steel with section 20x10x1,5. The seat and the armrest are made in exotic wood, 40 mm thickness. The wooden seat is fixed to the load-bearing structure through specific screws, whereas the armrest is fixed to the structure through self-tapping M6 screws, later covered with stucco of the same colour as the wood. The planter (dimensions: 400x500xH 268 mm ) is made of a tank 15/10 thick, placed on a steel sheet 20/10 thick.
This product is entirely made in Italy from steel subjected to an electrolytic galvanising cycle and subsequently painted with PP powders with Ral colour of your choice.
As an alternative to steel EN10111DD11, the production in corten is also available, on demand. In this case the material is treated with a specific oxidation process.
The wood used is either Iroko or Okume, treated with natural, water-repellent, UV ray resistant oils.
