The ashtray CLASS CENDRIER is made in galvanized steel of 15/10 thickness. The structure comes with 10 lines of holes with a 5 mm diam. The bottom is made in steel sheet and has 4 holes with 10 mm diam. The base has a 455 mm diam and is 70 mm tall. The box containing the cigarette butts is made in galvanized steel of 15/10 thickness, to which a pierced steel net with holes of 3 mm with R 175 mm is welded. The box of 450 mm diam and H. 100 mm is fixed to the load-bearing structure through 4 brackets made in steel sheet of 20/10 thickness. The cover of 545 mm diam is made of a strong edge of 3 mm thickness welded to a support in steel. A support bracket is also welded to the load-bearing structure.
This product is entirely made in Italy from steel subjected to an electrolytic galvanising cycle and subsequently painted with PP powders with Ral colour of your choice.
The galvanized steel used is steel EN10346DX51D+Z and, unless otherwise stated, is not painted.
